I’ve been going to City Brows whenever I’m on the Upper West Side, and it never disappoints. Angie is the best!!!…such a vibe and she always gets my brows right. I’m pretty sure she’s done mine a few times now and I always leave happy. Best service, amazing customer care, and honestly some of the best prices in the area. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for 4 years for threading and waxing services, and they never disappoint! The prices are unbeatable too. If you’re looking for well-priced, fast threading service, this is the place to go.

Absolutely terrible experience. My friends and I got henna tattoos here, and it was beyond disappointing — honestly, laughable. We showed them clear pictures of what we wanted, and what we got looked like something a 5-year-old would draw. When we pointed out how wrong and poorly done the designs were, they told us they couldn’t redo it — of course, because once you draw with henna, it’s permanent for days. But if they don’t know how to do the job properly, they shouldn’t be offering the service in the first place. We’re just thankful it fades in a week, because if it were permanent, we’d be considering legal action. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. Not worth your time or money.

I've gone here for 5+ years and they do a great job. The technicians usually stay for a long time but if they move one, as two of my favorite ones did, the owner or manager threads my eyebrows just as well. (her technique is so smoothly it's almost painless. just a soft pinch instead of a sharp one.)
